So here is Bella showing you how to prepare a Dandelion, first in egg and then into the flour and herbs mix (recipe in the past post) It was messy and fun, maybe next time we will pencil the egg over the flower instead of dipping it in the mixture because the flower looses a bit of its wonderful shape. Ok now more amazing facts of this tasty flower:
Dandelions are known to been used as a cure for
kidney stones
acne
high blood pressure
obesity
diarrhea
high cholesterol
anemia
cancer
diabetes
stomach pain
hepatitis

How? Well because of its content:

potassium, iron, boron, calcium, silicon, vitamin C betacarotene, riboflavin, folic acid, B6, copper and manganese, among others!

Now this is a plant we want to eat!
